April 8 is Free Cone Day!

On April 8, between 12-8 pm, Reading Partners SF Bay Area is joining Ben & Jerry's in Jack London Square to bring free scoops of ice cream to the people!

You can upgrade to a waffle cone on the day to support our students, but you don't have to wait until then —
help us end the school year strong by giving what you can to our work in 19 Bay Area schools. For every $5 donated, you earn one entry into a prize draw! (Raffle entry donations are not tax deductible — if you don't want to be entered into the raffle, please let us know in the donation comment field).

To top off the day’s bounty, our friends at
Seabreeze on the Dock will donate 20% of all sales that day to our work. Make sure to come out and join us in Jack London Square with your loved ones.

Please let us know if you'd like to be removed from the raffle drawing at time of donation. We'll email a receipt to you upon successful completion of your donation.

Our work has never been more important than in today’s world. A future built on literacy is a brighter future for all.

Reading Partners partners with under-resourced schools and volunteers to provide one-on-one literacy tutoring to K-4 students who struggle with reading. Our program works: last year, 76% of our Bay Area students achieved their literacy growth goals.

With the Nation's Report Card results showing a decline in fourth-grade reading skills across the country, addressing the literacy crisis has never been more urgent.
Donate today to ensure Bay Area students get the resources they need to thrive in literacy and beyond!
